Only the finest aromatic hop varieties from the Spalter and Hersbruck hop-growing regions are used for the original Pilsner brewing variety with bottom-fermentation. By special selection and care, as well as the procedure of the front wort hopping the typical pleasant hop flower remains up to the Seidla. The original wort content is 11.9%. The alcohol content at 4.9% vol. is very beneficial!
