Is the beer also safe with me?

We will ship your order in unbreakable cartons via our logistics partner „Hermes“. Please check on receipt of the goods that the package is undamaged and that the delivery is complete. If this is not the case, please accept the goods. If something should have broken during the delivery against expectation, write us a short e-mail with your order number. Together we will find a fast, uncomplicated solution. Promise!  


How many bottles fit in one package?

For the shipping of beer within the EU we use cartons that fit up to 12 bottles. When ordering, make sure that the carton is well filled. This pays off because the shipping fee is calculated according to the size. For example, 9 bottles cost the same as 10 or 12 bottles in shipping.

Can I send the beer as a gift?

Sure it works, because we also love presents. During the ordering process you can enter a different delivery address. On the other hand you have the possibility to send a short greeting or a personal message with a maximum of 200 characters in the comment field. The invoice will be sent to the customer by e-mail. The presentee will not receive a paper invoice. Unfortunately we do not offer individual gift wrapping. You could risk the breakage resistance.


What is the best before date of the beers you send?

We only send fresh beer! Our beers have a minimum shelf life of between four weeks and several months, depending on the production process of the respective type.  


How long does it take to get the beer?

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. At the latest three working days later the beer should arrive at your place (Germany). Within the EU the shipment can take up to one week depending on the country. As soon as the beer has left our house you will receive a link from the Hermes Logistics Group. With this link you can check the current status of your shipment, redirect the order or arrange a desired delivery date.


Is the bottle deposit already included?

All prices in the shop are gross prices and do not include a deposit! The deposit is shown separately. The amount of the deposit depends on the type of bottle. Bottles with crown caps cost 0,08 Euro; deposit per bottle. Bottles with a bottle cap have a deposit of 0,15 Euro per bottle. Empty bottles can be returned to any well-stocked beverage market.  


What payment methods do you offer?
