The Mönchshof Historische Märzen also follows the Bavarian brewing tradition of the always particularly noble Märzenbiere. With bottom-fermented yeast from our own pure breeding, the Mönchshof Märzen is cold stored at up to 1°C for at least 30 days. This is also reflected in the taste: the fine sweetness of the malt is harmoniously countered by the exceptionally soft flavour of the Hallertau aroma hops, which ensures a pleasantly dry after drink.
