The naturally cloudy, amber-coloured Mönchshof "Zoigl" with a pronounced soft malt body, light fruitiness on the palate and discreet tangyness is cold fermented and stored cold at up to 1°Celsius. It follows the Bavarian Zoigl tradition and is enjoyed unfiltered directly from the storage cellar. A real pleasure in the sense of the Bavarian-Franconian tradition. Here's to your well-being!
