Will the beer get to me safely?
There is always a certain risk involved in shipping bottled beer. We use break-proof cartons and have had very good experiences with our logistics partner "Hermes" so far. If something should break, please send us a short mail with your order number. Together we will find a quick and uncomplicated solution. Please check that the package has been delivered complete and undamaged. If this is not the case, please do not accept the goods!
How many bottles will fit in one parcel?
We ship our beer in two different cartons. One with a maximum of 20 bottles and one with a maximum of 6 bottles. Make sure that you order your box well filled. The postage is calculated according to size and weight. If you order e.g. 12 bottles you pay the same postage as if you order 18 or even 20 bottles. Please note the different shipping costs for orders from the EU.
Can I also order larger quantities?
If you would like to order larger quantities of our beer, simply send us a short mail and we will be happy to make you an offer without obligation.
Can I also ship the beer to foreign countries?
We ship our beers EU-wide. Please take the costs for this from the „Delivery and shipping costs“.
Can I send the beer as a gift?
You can specify a different delivery address during the ordering process. There you can also enter a short greeting message (in the comment field, max. 200 characters). The invoice will be sent by email to the customer. The recipient does not receive an invoice in paper form. Unfortunately, special gift packaging is not possible due to the break resistance.
What is the best-before date of the beers you send?
We only ship fresh beer! Due to the partly handcrafted production process of the beers, the best-before date varies between 4 weeks and several months depending on the type of beer.
How long will it take to get the beer?
The order will be processed after receipt of payment and should arrive within Germany after a maximum of 3 working days. When shipping to an EU country it can take up to 8 working days until your beer is delivered. After shipping, you will receive a link from the Hermes Logistics Group to track your shipment.
Is the bottle deposit already included?
All our prices are gross and excluding deposit! The deposit is extra and depends on the type of bottle, it is 0.08 € (crown cork) or 0.15 € (swing stopper) per bottle. The bottles can be returned in any well-stocked beverage market.
What payment methods do you offer?
As payment options we offer PayPal or prepayment. Payment on account is reserved for our regular customers.
What are the shipping costs?
Please take the shipping costs from the „Delivery and shipping costs“.
What if I'm not at home?
Hermes makes three delivery attempts. If you are not found 3 times and the package is returned to us, we will have to charge a fee of 10.00 EURO for the reshipment. Immediately after shipping you will receive an email with which you can track your parcel. This will also give you the opportunity to reroute your parcel, make an appointment or have the parcel delivered to the person next to you. Why aren't you selling craft beers?
One or the other person might ask why we don't sell craft beers in our shop. But anyone who translates Craft-Beer into German will soon notice that we do sell this type of beer. Craft-Beer stands for nothing else than traditional handmade beer with character and you will find more than enough of it in our assortment. This is no coincidence. After all, Franconia is still the region with the highest brewery density. In Germany? No, worldwide! If you also consider that all our Franconian microbreweries have to adhere strictly to the Bavarian purity law of 1516, the renunciation of foreign beer varieties should be easy. In terms of taste, no one can outstrip the beers from Franconia so quickly. Who thinks, this would be only a sales slogan, will have to be convinced with Hier-gibts-Bier.de fast of the opposite. Franconian breweries still brew with heart and passion and you can taste that.
