The Bock beer light of the Hönig brewery.
The Bockbier Hell from the Hönig brewery is extremely easy to drink, that much in advance. However, there is still a lot to say about the beer itself and the taste. When the pale bock flows into the glass, it first presents its beautiful golden yellow color. Towards the end of pouring, a white, fine-pored and very stable crown builds up. Visually, then, a stately countenance that could well be mistaken for a Hellen or Pilsner. The aroma that rises to the nose, however, quickly dispels the danger of confusion. Here the Bock shows its expected side for the first time. With sweet notes, tasting of honey, the Hönig Bockbier Hell starts into the antrunk. In the middle part come notes of grain, which evolve into a fine hop tartness towards the finish. The alcohol content of 7.2% vol. has been cleverly integrated and thus only slightly comes to bear. Cheers!
