Staffelberg Pils Alkoholfrei

The non-alcoholic Pils stands golden yellow in the glass. The basic substance of the foam is extremely fine-pored, but it is interspersed with holes that would stand up to a Swiss Emmentaler. This is also reflected by the carbon dioxide: thick bubbles rise between numerous fine pearls. The drink is initially quite reserved, but then a very clear aromatic but also bitter hop note comes to the fore. The typical sweetness of non-alcoholic beers is only noticeable in the finish and remains in the bunch for a long time. All in all, the beer is pleasantly fresh and, for a non-alcoholic Pils, initially quite balanced.
