Klosterbrauerei Kemnath Weisse in the beer shop
The wheat beer from the monastery brewery Kemnath or also called Kloster Weisse, is a real Bavarian specialty and is brewed with over 50% wheat malt. As usual for a good wheat beer with a strong light color, in a naturally cloudy robe. Topped with an imposing, very fine, almost creamy bouquet. The balanced taste goes a little more into detail at one point or another. Fruity nuances can be found as well as fine yeast and malt aromas, which are underpinned by a slight sweet and sour note. The hops of the Weisse of the Kemnath monastery brewery skillfully stay in the background, but unobtrusively provide the perfect foundation. Insider tip from the brewmaster: Great for a morning pint!
