Brewery Sonne Bockbier
The sun buck presents itself in a light golden glass, the creamy foam is history within a few minutes. In the nose you will find the typical sweet and acacia-honey aromas of a light buck, dried fruit and a fine note of apricot enrich the aroma pleasantly. The honey-sweet drink is by far not as powerful as expected, it immediately reveals a taste of light dried fruit and apricot. All in all, the beer has a very soft texture, the carbonic acid is accordingly in the cellar. The alcohol has been excellently integrated, but bangs noticeably after emptying 2 bottles. A minimal sour note is noticeable towards the end. Otherwise, spicy notes predominate, but always kept discreet. As expected, hop astringency is not an issue, even in the finish the honeyed notes predominate. The Bock beer of the brewery Sonne, called Sonnenbock. Very tasty and palatable.
